Hypnotherapy

What is hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a brief, solution-focused therapy. It is the oldest form of psychotherapy and also the most ancient mind-body healing technique. Hypnotherapy acknowledges the role of the brain in controlling and leading all the processes in the body. Additionally, it
invites the client to explore the power of their mind to change processes related to behavior, thinking patterns, beliefs,
habits, perception, and even bodily sensations.

Therefore, through hypnosis, you can:

  • Reduce or eliminate chronic pain
  • Overcome fears and phobias
  • Free yourself from unhealthy habits
  • Change your mood
  • Achieve greater well-being and inner peace
  • Adjust eating habits and regulate weight
  • Accelerate physical healing
  • Improve sleep
  • Recover from past traumas, including religious traumas and post-traumatic stress, and much more.

The key to hypnosis lies not in an external force, but within the internal resources inherent in every individual—including you.

These resources help restore the mind and body, reclaim your worth, and free you from limiting beliefs, irrational fears,
and habits that no longer bring you joy. Healing and freedom come from within.

How I work:

  • Typically, I see my clients four times.
  • You will likely see improvement after the first session.
  • Sessions are conducted weekly via Zoom for your convenience.
  • We’ll set clear, achievable goals at the outset and track your progress throughout.
  • We focus on present issues and future solutions, not on digging up childhood traumas.
  • We don’t look for your past lives.

You can book a free 15-minute call with me, during which we can discuss the issue you want to address with
hypnotherapy, determine whether we are a good fit for achieving your therapeutic goals, and plan your
individualized hypnotherapy sessions.
