1. Nature of Services
Alesja Lavrinovica, while holding a doctoral degree in Theology, is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose or provide medical treatment. The relationship
established is that of a service provider (hypnotherapist) and client, not a doctor-patient relationship. Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for professional medical care.
The counselling services provided for faith-related issues and so-called religious trauma are not medical treatments.

These consultations may include:

• Elements of theological interpretation
• Education about different aspects of religion and theology
• Elements of cognitive behavioural therapy
• Hypnosis techniques
• Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) methods
  These consultations are designed to provide support and guidance but should not be
  considered as medical or psychiatric treatment. Clients seeking help for severe
  mental health issues should consult with licensed mental health professionals or
  medical doctors.

2. Session Details and Fees

• The average session duration is 90 minutes, with the first session ranging
  from 90 to 120 minutes.
• Typically, we work together for four hypnotherapy or counselling sessions per
  month. The number of sessions can be extended upon your request.
• Fees must be paid in advance for all four sessions.
• Days and times can be negotiated.
• Cancellations require 24 hours notice prior to the session.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Attend sessions free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
• Disclose all relevant medical and psychological information.
• Inform the therapist of any changes in health or medication.
• Arrive on time for appointments.
• Commit to the therapy process and engage actively in sessions.
• Complete any assigned tasks or exercises between sessions.

4. Confidentiality

All sessions and communications are confidential, except when:

• You give permission for confidentiality to be broken
• The therapist is compelled by a court of law
• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
• In cases of fraud or crime
• When minors (under 18 years old) are involved
• In the framework of professional supervision, the issue and methods applied
  may be shared with the supervisor, but this will be done completely
  anonymously.

5. Suitability for Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy may not be suitable if you:

• Are under 18 without parental consent
• Are feeling suicidal
• Are under the supervision of a psychiatrist
• Have a diagnosed psychiatric condition or epilepsyFor clients with PTSD, a referral or permission from a licensed healthcare
  provider is necessary before commencing hypnotherapy.

6. Online Therapy Additional Terms

For online sessions, you agree to:

• Provide emergency contact details and your current location
• Ensure a safe, private environment free from distractions
• Not record sessions without prior permission

7. Recordings and Materials

Any provided hypnosis recordings are for personal use only and should not be listened to while driving or operating machinery.

8. Results and Effectiveness

While we strive for positive outcomes, no specific results can be guaranteed. The effectiveness of hypnotherapy can vary among individuals due to numerous factors, including the client’s unique health profile, genetics, emotional resilience, and hormonal responses
Even in conventional medicine, treatment outcomes can vary widely. As with any therapy, certain promises simply cannot be made. Your experience and results may differ from those of others.

9. Standards of Behavior

Violent or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
